Project - O2U Air & Face Mask

As a start-up company this Client had an idea; they wanted to improve the life of other people by creating a product that improved air quality for people in countries with poor air quality. Idea had to first conceptually conceive this idea, and did a lot of background research on compressed air.
To make this a product that would take off it had to look discreet and trendy but still work properly, and it had to be within a certain size to comply with safety standards. Another issue to overcome was how to integrate it into the end user's daily life; the working prototypes had to hold enough air to add value to the end user, so Idea implemented a electronically controlled, measured deployment of fresh-air bursts. Idea developed prototypes of masks, tracked down reputable suppliers of mask fabrics and air canisters, then sent them back to New Zealand where they were filled with our air. On completion Idea produced production tools, quality control specification, sourced specialised equipment with production supply (Idea-China) to the client.
